Tainted built a bulletproof reputation as one of New Zealand's premier metal bands & over two decades flown the flag as a brutal underground heavy metal act with a reputation for their relentless live shows. They have released three critically acclaimed studio albums with the release of the 2015 "Into Temptation" delayed 7 years due to the devastation of the 2011 Canterbury earthquakes. Tainted has toured extensively across New Zealand including multiple headlining tours & performed at the iconic Big Day Out & Southern Amp festivals. Tainted also established a legacy as an opening act for massive global headliners such as Metallica, Iron Maiden, Trivium, Parkway Drive, Sepultura, Fear Factory, Arch Enemy, White Chapel & many more Despite the setbacks and unsettling times through the Canterbury Earthquakes, Tainted will go down as one of the all-time greats.
